The cottage offers a beautiful room with a 160x200 bed, and its small, fully equipped corner (fridge, microwave, kettle) for preparing breakfast. The cottage has air conditioning and beautiful LED strip lighting for a subdued atmosphere in the evening.

A comfortable bathroom with shower, vanity unit and towel dryer.

A wooden terrace allows you to enjoy the outdoors with its garden furniture available.

St. Aignan town center is a 3-minute drive or 15-minute walk away, where you'll find plenty of restaurants. Beauval Zoo is just a 3-minute drive away! 

Free private parking is available at the foot of the accommodation.

All our cottages and studios are cleaned AND disinfected with 70° alcohol-based solutions or white vinegar, and are aired at least 4 hours before your arrival. We pay particular attention to inert surfaces, tables, handles, doors, railings, windows, etc. Bed and bath linens will be professionally washed at a minimum temperature of 60° for a duration of more than 30 minutes.
