 Welcome to our fully renovated cottage, perfect for a relaxing getaway! This second-floor studio features a double bed (140 cm) and a sofa bed. The bathroom features a marble walk-in shower for a modern touch.

The kitchen is fully equipped (microwave, fridge, hotplates, coffee maker, kettle).

We supply ground coffee, filters, tea, single-serve coffee pods and sugar.

Ideally located, just 5 minutes from Beauval Zoo and 500 meters from Saint Aignan town center, you can easily access many shops on foot.

Parking spaces are located at the foot of the accommodation.

Household linen is fully provided (bed linen, bath sheets, bath mat, tea towel) as well as consumables necessary for your stay (salt, pepper, oil, coffee/tea, toilet paper).

All our cottages and studios are cleaned AND disinfected with 70° alcohol-based solutions or white vinegar, and are aired at least 4 hours before your arrival. We pay particular attention to inert surfaces, tables, handles, doors, railings, windows, etc. Bed and bath linens will be professionally washed at a minimum temperature of 60° for a duration of more than 30 minutes.
