Riva Cottage

Welcome to Riva Cottage, a small, tastefully decorated cocoon in the peace and quiet of the countryside.

Located 3 km from Beauval Zoo, you are close to the shopping area (super u and gas station) as well as the city center.

The cottage offers all the equipment for a successful stay.

A beautiful sleeping area with a 160x200 bed, the living room with its kitchen area to allow you to prepare your meals is equipped with a fridge, hotplates, microwave, kettle, coffee maker and toaster. The lounge area with television and its convertible sofa offers an additional bed in 140x190. The bathroom is equipped with a good-sized shower of 1.40 meters.

You also have access to an outdoor space with garden furniture available for having breakfast or an aperitif overlooking the surrounding countryside and vineyards.

Free private parking is available.

St Aignan town center is a 3-minute drive or 15-minute walk away, where you'll find plenty of restaurants and shops of all kinds.

All linens are provided (bed linen, bath sheets, bath mats, tea towels), as well as all the essentials you'll need for your stay (salt, pepper, oil, coffee/tea, toilet paper).

All our cottages and studios are cleaned AND disinfected with 70° alcohol-based solutions or white vinegar, and are aired at least 4 hours before your arrival. We pay particular attention to inert surfaces, tables, handles, doors, railings, windows, etc. Bed and bath linens will be professionally washed at a minimum temperature of 60° for a duration of more than 30 minutes.
